2. Shipping Methods & Freight Options

Due to the size and nature of our products (container homes, storage units, security cabins, sanitary cabins), shipping is primarily handled via international freight.

We offer:

Road Freight (Within the USA)

  • Direct truck delivery

  • Ideal for single-unit orders

  • Door-to-site delivery available

Sea Freight (Global Export)

  • Full Container Load (FCL)

  • Flat Rack or Breakbulk (for oversized units)

  • Port-to-Port or Port-to-Door options

Air Freight (On Request)

  • For urgent modular components or smaller units

  • Subject to size and feasibility

Delivery timelines vary based on:

  • Destination country

  • Port congestion

  • Customs clearance

  • Weather and logistics conditions

3. Incoterms & Delivery Conditions

We operate under internationally recognized Incoterms (such as EXW, FOB, CIF, DAP).

  • Standard units: 3–7 business days after payment confirmation (if in stock)

  • Custom-built units: 2–6 weeks depending on specifications

  • Bulk or project orders: Timeline confirmed in contract

Production schedules are confirmed before final payment.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

  • Freight method

  • Incoterm selected

All costs are clearly itemized in your official proforma invoice.

7. Inspection & Damage Policy

All units undergo quality inspection before dispatch.

Upon delivery, customers must:

  2. Report visible damage within 48 hours.

  3. Provide photographic evidence.

If damage occurs during transit under our arranged freight terms, we will coordinate directly with the carrier to resolve the matter promptly.

8. Lost or Delayed Shipments

While rare, delays may occur due to:
